It is possible that from 1st October you could have issues sending emails from your Heart Internet email account.
This is due to Heart Internet changing the SMTP port that is used for outgoing emails.
The good news is this is a very simple setting that needs to be altered on your email client (i.e. Outlook, Apple Mail, etc)
If your outgoing server is currently using port 25 or 465, you will need to change the port to 587.
You can keep your server name the same, it's just the port that needs to be updated.
The sooner the better. These settings will work today. If you leave it until after the go-live date you won't be able to send any emails until you make the change.
